Months ago, Jack defeated a bloodthirsty demon goddess. Now, the ghost of one of the goddess’s victims is haunting her. As Jack works to solve a string of grisly deaths, the ghost keeps trying to warn her of something—but she has no idea what. Still, as her detective work pulls her into the seamy world of organ-trade murders and drug traffickers, she can’t help but wonder if, this time, the supernatural realm is the least of her concerns. But the ghostly activity is plaguing the city, wreaking havoc and leaving more dead people in its spectral wake. And as the body count mounts, so do Jack's suspicions about her new partner.
